Small yard dynamics and no of horses
 

Im just being nosey really. I have my horses at home. I have 2 large stables and one pony stable. At the moment i have one big horse and one companion pony. Both are ornaments for one reason or another. Pony has just gone down with laminitis due to cushings which is now hopefully getting better. He's in on box/yard rest and the big horse has decided he can't possibly stay in the field without being able to see his pony! Big horse is therefore in now for most of the time and getting very angry about it.Those who keep theirs at home on small yards, how many horses/ponies do you have and how do you manage them?Im looking for another big horse to ride but I'm wondering if i should get another small pony to keep the other pony company when he has to be on restricted grazing. All that would be fine in the summer but my field is like a swamp at the moment so don't really want 4 on it in the winter
