Alzheimer's Disease: What puts you more - and less - at risk

There are some factors associated with an increased risk of getting the disease. These factors include age, heart disease, head trauma, smoking, family history, and genetics. However, having a healthy diet, strong social ties, and exercising regularly have all been associated with a lowered risk.
