Horse selling tips
 

It's a long story, but due to a change in personal circumstances I have to sell my hand reared cob. He's A 14.3hh traditional cob gelding. 11 years old but hand reared. He's good with traffic and I have started doing very low level dressage with him.I paid £1600 for him in 2009 including tack and rugs but am wondering what I should charge for him? Tbh, a kind, understanding home is the most important thing and i'd gladly give him tothe right person, but people tend to appreciate the things they pay for! I have never sold a horse before. He would go with tack and rugs. Does anyone have any advice? It's the hardest decision I've ever made and I want to do the best I can for him.
