Pedal bone tip raised and heat/inflammation on hind cannon bones
 

I have a 16 year old Appyx Arab, she has the tip of both front pedal bones tipping up, Vet thinks it?s a concussion thing , have tried glue ons and equip and now back to steel shoes and equipak, had thermal imaging done recently , showed up abnormal heat / inflammation on both hind cannon bones, Vet thinks maybe Bute or anti inflammatory cream for this. I?ve never had experience of either before has anyone got any advice please .
