KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan and Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday had telephonic conversation and agreed to meet soon, Geo TV reported citing unnamed sources on Thursday.

The sources said both the leaders would soon hold a meeting in Karachi to discuss possibility of a political alliance between their parties in the next general election, according to Geo TV.

According to the report, political situation* arising after the release of report on Model Town tragedy came under discussion during the telephonic call.

PTI leader Faisal Vawda is said to have been tasked with paving the way for the meeting between Kamal and Khan who is on a four-day visit to the metropolis.

Meanwhile, addressing lawyers at the Karachi Bar, Imran Khan said the decisive moment in his struggle that he waged in the form of Panama Papers case against Sharif family has come.*
