Aereo CEO: Broadcasters' "Strategy Was to Kill Us by Litigation"

On Tuesday, New York-based streaming TV startup Aereo faces off against every major network broadcaster (including ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, PBS, Univision and Telemundo) in a hearing in front of the United States Supreme Court.
