On Tuesday, New York-based streaming TV startup Aereo faces off against every major network broadcaster (including ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, PBS, Univision and Telemundo) in a hearing in front of the United States Supreme Court.

I interviewed Aereo founder and CEO Chet Ka**jia about his company, the Supreme Court battle and what this decision will mean for the broader industry as a whole
