0845 GMT - Shares in Saudi Arabian retailer Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co jump 6.8 percent after it reported a 40-percent year-on-year increase in net profit for its fourth quarter and recommended a bonus share issue. ---------------------------------------------------------------- 0625 GMT - Shares in Dubai property developer Deyaar jump 3.6 percent as foreigners from outside of the Gulf become able to buy the stock starting on Monday. Deyaar's shareholders approved the move earlier this month; Dubai's main stock index adds 0.4 percent.
