ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Tuesday sought complete record of Hudaibya Papers Mills reference against Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif as a three judge bench of the apex court took up National Accountability Bureau (NAB) petition to reopen the cases against the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leaders.


The bench was headed by Justice Musheer Alam and consisted of Justice Qazi Faiz Esa and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan.

The hearing was adjourned till December 11 after the Supreme Court gave the NAB two weeks time to present all the relevant record.

He said the suspects got the cases closed using influence in 2014.


Justice Qazi Faiz Esa wondered as to* how* influenced was used when the accused were not in power.

The judge remarked NAB couldn?t torture anyone for their whole life in the name of references.* **
