Officials say ten people were stabbed Wednesday morning at a high school in the suburbs just east of Pittsburgh. Four of them are seriously injured.

A male suspect is in custody.

The Chicago Sun Times reports the number of injured could rise to 20, citing an emergency official, though Westmoreland County emergency management spokesman Dan Stevens tells the Associated Press **t all were injured by the knife — some were hurt in the mayhem that followed the attack.
