What officials called a ?possible tornado? tore the roof off a building and caused damage to several homes in an area of Missouri city, Texas, on August 25. Video shows damage to a home in the Sienna Plantation area of the city after Hurricaine Harvey made landfall on the south Texas coast. The National Hurricane Center reported that Hurricane Harvey weakened slightly as it made landfall late on August 25 but continued to bring life-threatening storm surges and flooding to Texas.
