Chynna-Ann Battle, 21, was one of two women shot dead back on July 14th. The two were seemingly in**cent bystanders who fell victim to bullets that were meant for someone else. ?Hours after her mother was gunned down outside a Brooklyn housing complex, a 3-year-old girl asked grieving relatives a simple, sorrowful question. ?Why are you all crying?? little Amelia wondered.? the NY Daily News reported earlier this month. ?The toddler had ** idea that her mother, Chynna Battle, 21, was killed in a hail of bullets.? It?s a tragic story ? one that definitely tugs at the heart strings. Our thoughts go out to all of those impacted. At the very least, they can be comforted by the fact that a man in Gibson felt the need to do what he could to help them through these most difficult times. As of Thursday evening, the GoFundMe page had hit $24,000-plus of its ultimate $30,000 goal.
