Congress on Tuesday will grill General Motors’ new CEO Mary Barra about a defective ignition switch in the company's cars that's responsible for 13 deaths. The hearing will seek to answer the question of why it took so long for GM to ack**wledge the default. We will be covering this hearing live from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET.
