Wife sees threat to Hijazi?s life
 

ISLAMABAD: Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) former chairman Zafarul Haq Hijazi’s wife has appealed to the authorities concerned to take **tice of the allegedly bad behaviour of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) with her husband who is a kidney patient.

In a statement issued to the media, Hijazi's wife said that the former chairman of the SECP, who is a kidney transplant, heart & liver patient, was purposely discharged from PIMS on the pressure of the FIA. He has **w been kept in basement cell having extreme unhygienic conditions which are a severe threat to his life. She further stated that the FIA has been behaving extremely bad and has **t even allowed an attendant, especially when he is sick and just been brought here from hospital.

She said that it is to bring into the **tice of people of Pakistan that her husband’s life is in danger, and if something happened to him then authorities and the departments concerned will be responsible for it.
