The woman has claimed that when she called up the railway helpline from the train, the railway cop who took her call laughed at her on hearing the nature of her complaint and hung up. Meanwhile, after a Twitter user tagged the railway ministry on the post, railway minister Suresh Prabhu and the divisional railway manager (DRM), Mumbai, asked the Railway Protection Force to take action. The accused identified as Ashok Pradhan has been arrested.
