ARLINGTON, Washington — For at least 30 minutes on Tuesday night, things almost felt **rmal again in Arlington, Wash.

It was a welcome sight, as citizens of Arlington and nearby Oso held a candlelight vigil to ho**r the victims of a deadly mudslide that took place Saturday morning.
