Only problem is, most Brits on Twitter hadn't heard of the purportedly "classic" dish.* In Eater's article, the dish is described as comprising ground beef in a rich beef stock sauce, carrots, onions and tomatoes, all served up on a slice of sour dough bread fried in beef fat.
