Hot, dry weather to persist for one week
 

LAHORE: Hot and dry weather on Saturday prevailed across the country including Lahore and will prevail in major areas of Sindh central and south Punjab, Kashmir and isolated areas of the KP for the next one week.

According to Metrological Department, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. Moreover, very hot weather is expected in Naseerabad, Makran, Sibbi, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, Hyderabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, D.G. Khan and D.I. Khan divisions during the next whole week. he temperature recorded Saturday in some major cities were Islamabad 31 C, Lahore 34 C, Karachi 37 C, Peshawar 27 C, Quetta 21 C, Gilgit 13 C, Murree 22 C, Muzaffarabad 22 C, Jacobabad Larkana Turbat 47 C, Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkar, Mithi, Chhor, Moenjodaro, Padidan, Lasbella, Sibbi 46 C, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, RY.Khan, Sukrand 45 C.
