If anyone can motivate someone to produce a standout album, it's Adele.*

While co-hosting The Breakfast Show with Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw, Harry Styles revealed that Adele had offered up some k**wledge — and a present — during the making of his forthcoming album.

But, true to Adele fashion, her wisdom didn't come in the form of traditional advice.
