The judges determined that, under the landmark 1964 Civil Rights Act, LGBT employees can**t be fired on the basis of their ***ual orientation, the first time that determination has been made in court. A federal appeals court panel upheld the dismissal of her lawsuit last year; this ruling reversed that. Read more...
