Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are the proud parents of two adorable kids - **rth, 3, and Saint, 1 - and it looks like the power couple wants to give them a brother or sister sometime soon. In a preview for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim discusses her plans for a child with mom Kris. "I'm going to try to have one more baby," she said. "I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don't think it's safe for me." Throughout both of her high-risk pregnancies, the 36-year-old reality star was honest about the difficulties she faced while carrying and delivering her children. In fact, having a third baby is so risky for her that she actually explored the idea of having a surrogate back in **vember. Kris openly ack**wledged her daughter's past struggles, saying, "I don't want you to do something that puts you in danger." Watch the clip above.
