Home Secretary Amber Rudd has called for tech companies that provide "completely unacceptable" end-to-end encrypted messaging services to work with law enforcement.*

Rudd's interview with BBC's Andrew Marr Show came after reports that the Westminster Bridge attacker, Khalid Masood, had sent a WhatsApp message prior to the incident that can**t be accessed because it was encrypted.
