When two young girls were barred from boarding a United Airlines flight because they were wearing leggings (an apparent dress code violation on the airline), the internet went nuts.

Activist Shan**n Watts first tweeted about the situation on Sunday morning, and since then, everyone from Chrissy Teigen to William Shatner weighed in on leggings-gate with hilarious and insightful remarks.*
