Opponents of Donald Trump's failed healthcare bill got a big, meme-filled laugh yesterday. But fans of both basketball and the Affordable Care Act? Well, they got perhaps the biggest laugh of all.

According to a report from Deadspin, a PAC called American Action Network purchased a ****** of ads thanking several Republican members of Congress for "keeping [their] promise" to repeal and replace Obamacare.*

Of course, this didn't happen: As of Friday, Obamacare is alive and kicking, and the Republicans are facing the bitter sting of defeat.
