The NHL All-Star celebrity game puts former pro hockey players on the same ice as actors and musicians — which can apparently lead to moments like this.*

Justin Bieber learned the hard way just how physical the NHL can be when Chris Pronger checked him into the boards Saturday.

Pronger was a 6-foot-6, 220-pound defensemen in the NHL for 18 seasons (he's technically still under a playing contract, but hasn't actually played in a few years). Here's video of the collision, in which it looks like Pronger wasn't nearly as hard on Bieber as he could have been. * Read more...
