A tale as old as time is about to get a 2017 twist.

John Legend and Ariana Grande will sing the iconic "Beauty and the Beast" ballad for the live action remake's soundtrack, Disney said Wednesday.




Grammy-winning veteran Ron Fair, who has been in the business for 37 years as a producer, arranger, recording engineer and musical director, will produce the new rendition of the song.

“Stepping into the shoes of an Oscar and GRAMMY Award-winning classic is **t small potatoes," Fair said in a statement, adding that the song will get a "new school-old school" revamp "that shows the soulfulness and power of what a great melody and lyric can inspire.” Read more...
