Because it's so hard, it's almost impossible to scratch.* But when compared to a sapphire crystal watch in the video, the iPhone scratched more easily than would be expected. JerryRigEverything hypothesizes that this might be because Apple is actually using a cheaper sapphire laminate on top of plain old glass.* Read more...
