The star went to celebrity tattoo spot Bang Bang studio in New York to add some more ink to her existing tattoo collection.*

The supermodel-turned-actress got a pair of very lifelike eyes tattooed at the nape of her neck, just below her hairline, creating the illusion of a face.*
