Rudy Giuliani still 100 percent on the Trump train after the New York Times revealed that it's possible that the Republican presidential **minee did **t pay taxes for nearly two decades.

Speaking to Jake Tapper on CNN's State of the Union Sunday, Giuliani said Donald Trump was "a genius" for possibly finding legal ways **t to pay income taxes.*
