Prince George might only be 3 years old, but he broke plenty of hearts in Canada.

Around a week ago, he left Justin Trudeau hanging when the Canadian prime minister tried to give him a high-five. Then on Saturday in Victoria, he did the same thing to a 9-year-old boy in a hoodie.*
