Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda will host Saturday Night Live on Oct. 8, NBC an**unced Wednesday morning.

Miranda left Hamilton in July and has been keeping busy with Disney projects. He wrote the music to the upcoming animated film Moana and is set to star opposite Emily Blunt in next year's Mary Poppins Returns.
