An a**nymous do**r quietly left $8,000 in the Pasadena Humane Society's Neely Cat Center donation box around 11 a.m. on Wednesday. Yes, that's $8,000 — 400 twenty-dollar bills, to be precise.

That's a lot of treats.




After shocked staff members discovered the cash, they called for the do**r to identify themselves on Facebook. "We are truly grateful to this kind person and want to thank them on behalf of all the animals at PHS," they wrote.
