Hurriyet leadership extends strike call till Sep 29 in IoK
 

ISLAMABAD: Joint resistance leadership comprising All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik has extended the shutdown call till September 29.

According to Kashmir Media Service the protest calendar includes freedom marches rallies and demonstrations in occupied Kashmir while Kashmiri diaspora have also been asked to stage protests.

The resistance masjid committees of these tehsils have been asked to ensure arrangements for the protest programme.

The joint resistance leadership has urged women to observe Sep 27 as Women s Day.

The resistance leaders have urged people to hold protests and observe shutdown across occupied Kashmir on all days except the relaxation mentioned in the programme.
