Protesters seethed in Charlotte on Tuesday following the fatal shooting of a black man named Keith Lamont Scott.*

Residents say Scott, 43, was reading a book in his car while waiting for a school bus to drop off his son just before Charlotte-Mecklenburg ******r Brentley Vinson shot him to death.*
