The retired Seattle Seahawks running back opened up to Conan O'Brien about former rival San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick's controversial protest of the national anthem.*

"I'd rather see him take a knee than stand up and put his hands up and get murdered," Lynch said, standing up with his arms up. "If you're really **t racist, then you won't see what he's doing as a threat to America, just addressing the problems that we have."*
