Most Destiny players will have one focus during Rise of Iron's first week in release: getting raid-ready.

The centerpiece of Destiny's endgame, raids are where all the game's greatest ideas seem to coalesce. They deliver environmental challenges, boss fights that play like elaborate puzzle boxes, a strong reliance on group problem-solving and — best of all — some of the game's sweetest loot.

However, before you can take on the raid — in Rise of Iron it's called "Wrath of the Machine" — you've got to get your Light Level up. Players won't be able to dive in with "Wrath" until they've brought their Light — the game's post-level cap progression system — to 360. Read more...
