Americans will **t cower following the terrorist attacks in Minnesota, New York and New Jersey, Vice President Joe Biden said Monday.

Biden, speaking at the Social Good Summit in New York, said he was impressed by first responders' intrepidness following the attacks, and that Americans will remain strong in the face of terror.

During the course of the weekend, there were multiple attacks across America. In Minnesota, nine people were injured when a man who had links to Islamic State went on a stabbing spree at a mall. In New York, a pressure cooker bomb filled with shrapnel exploded in the neighborhood of Chelsea on Saturday night and a**ther bomb was found a few blocks away, but remove before it exploded. In New Jersey, there was a bombing on Saturday night at Seaside Park and an explosion Sunday night after the discovery of five devices in a backpack.* Read more...
