LOS ANGELES — The second term for Veep is going even better than the first.

That's five Emmy campaigns and five wins for Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who has swept the Lead Actress in a Comedy category since the HBO show debuted in 2012.

As **w-President Selina Meyer, @OfficialJLD has five Best Actress trophies, bringing her total to seven. She'd also previously won the award once each for New Adventures of Old Christine (2006)and Seinfeld (1989).

Louis-Dreyfus beat out Laurie Metcalf *(Getting On), Tracee Ellis Ross (Black-ish), Amy Schumer (Inside Amy Schumer) and Lily Tomlin (Grace and Frankie). Read more...
