Plans for the "official" Prince tribute concert — the one with his family's blessing and all — have finally solidified, and you'll want to be there if you've got the extra time.

"Prince: The Official Prince Tribute — A Celebration of Life & Music" is ready to roar on Oct. 13 (as previously reported), but **t at the new U.S. Bank Stadium (also as previously reported). Instead, it'll be held at the Xcel Energy Center in the Twin City of St. Paul.
