Today in bizarre Instagram fads we weirdly can't look away from: bun dropping.

Bun dropping is a trend in which people with long hair — usually women — film themselves letting their hair down from a messy bun. **, there's **t anything else. That's it.

But the footage, in all its silky glory, is strangely mesmerizing. It's like watching a particularly extreme hair commercial.
