Giro d'Italia to depart from Sardinia in 100th edition of Grand Tour
 

The 100th Giro d'Italia will depart from Sardinia in 2017. It was an**unced that one of the Giro, one of cycling's three Grand Tours, will begin with a stage stretching from Alghero to Olbia.
