On the night of Sept. 7, an allegedly drunk woman in Washington D.C. helped herself to three French fries that weren't hers, reports Fox 5.*

During the incident at Italian Kitchen on U, a police ******r was eating dinner when the woman helped herself to two of the ******r's fries.*

In the police report, the ******r states, "I politely asked D-1 to **t do that again because I paid for that food and she was stealing from me and she could be arrested for theft of my food." The woman then called the ******r's bluff and snatched one more fry.* Read more...
