After reports of the phone's batteries exploding began rolling in, Samsung issued a recall of the Galaxy **te7 that allowed customers to swap the devices for replacements.* But **t all customers have had a chance to swap their phones. And following the news of the recall, the FAA issued a statement clarifying the guidelines of using the device on airplanes.
