ISLAMABAD: A PML-N parliamentarian on Wednesday asked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to prove himself a ‘Sadiq and Ameen’ by declaring that he had ** relations with Sita White.

Speaking on a point of order in the National Assembly, the PML-N member Waseem Akhtar Shaikh said the PTI chairman needed to prove on the floor of the House as ‘Sadiq and Ameen’ by declaring that he had ** relations with Sita White. He said Imran Khan, who has been calling parliamentarians dacoits and thieves, should tender resignation. “He is living in a 300 kanals palace and his close aides in the party are also corrupt people,” he said.

Abdul Rashid Godil of MQM said there should be ban on parliamentarians to do business saying that ** one should be exempted from accountability. “There are parliamentarians who were **thing when they joined politics, but **w there are houses spread over acres of land,” he said.

Dr Fahmida Mirza regretted that the ‘Women Caucus’ she created was being ig**red and has been made redundant. “As a speaker, I never misused the Women Caucus forum which should be activated,” Dr Mirza said, adding that other South Asian countries also followed model of Pakistan and established women caucuses saying good works done by the Pakistan People's Party should **t be ig**red.

Meanwhile, PML-N's Shaista Parvaiz Malik thanked Dr Fahmida Mirza was raising issue of the women caucus, but she said the government was receiving required cooperation from the opposition for its working. “ The women caucus has also been active during the present assembly while legislation was also done,” she said.

Shaista Malik said she was ready to quit as head of women caucus if she was **t coming up to expectations.
