Militant arrested, two hand-grenades recovered
 

PESHAWAR: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Wednesday arrested a militant and recovered two hand-grenades from him in the Pishtakhara area in the provincial capital.A press release issued here stated that the CTD carried out the action on the information of the presence of a militant near the Pishtakhara Chowk on the Ring Road and arrested the militant. The arrested militant was identified as Taj Muhammad, a resident of Mera Sorizai Payan in Peshawar, the release said. It said that the arrested militant was affiliated with an outlawed organisation.
