All under-trial cases to be completed in a year: LHC CJ
 

LAHORE: LHC CJ Mansoor Ali Shah has said the LHC judges are committed to completing the hearing of all under-trial cases within a year on preferential basis. Sources say the audit report of all under-trial cases has been finalised and the LHC CJ has approved it. The number of cases is 134,176. The audit report has been prepared on the CJ orders after physical inspection of all cases. The aim behind preparing the audit report was to k**w the actual number and category of the under-trial cases. The CJ has sent the report to all judges of the LHC.
