Beyoncé descended on Philadelphia from the golden cloud she lives on to celebrate her 35th birthday with **rmal humans like Bill Clinton and Jay Z at the Made in America festival over the weekend. And while finding an appropriate gift for someone like Bey can seem impossible, Chance the Rapper found the perfect present.
