Terror bid foiled, two bombs recovered in Dera Bugti
 

DERA BUGTI: The security forces foiled a major terror bid and recovered two bombs during operation here Sunday.FC spokesman said unidentified militants had planted two bombs by a roadside in tehsil Sui of Dera Bugti.

He said the paramilitary troops after getting information of suspicious material conducted a search operation during which two locally-made bombs were recovered. The bombs were later defused by the bomb disposal squad.

He said the extremists wanted to target the security forces that often pass through there and continue patrolling in the area but timely action prevented the terror attempt.According to a**ther report, four terrorists were arrested in Chaman during security forces combing operation Sunday.

The operation was carried out in Guldara Bageecha area of Chaman. Meanwhile, the security has been beefed up in Chaman. The arrested terrorists have been shifted to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.Moreover, two bombs were also defused in Swabi’s Malikabad area. Earlier, 202 terrorists of different outfits were arrested in the combing operations in Punjab.
