Clash in Karachi Central Jail leaves PSP worker injured
 

KARACHI: An under trial prisoner associated with the Pak Sarzameen Party was injured in a clash between prisoners in Central Jail on Saturday, police said.

Nusrat Mangan, IG Jail, denied reports that claimed the clash took place between prisoners belonging to the PSP and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).

He said an inmate sustained injuries during a fight with a**ther prisoner who has ** political affiliation. The IG said four other prisoners also sustained mi**r injuries in the scuffle.

The injured was shifted to a medical facility located in the prison while the other was put in solitary confinement as punishment.
