Jon Favreau hasn't played Happy Hogan in a Marvel movie since Iron Man 3, but that's all about to change, as he has joined the cast of Spider-Man: Homecoming, Mashable has confirmed.

Sony and Marvel invited Mashable to visit the Spider-Man set in mid-August, but with the film **t slated to swing into theaters until next July, it's too early to reveal the context of Happy's appearance.*

Variety broke the news of Favreau's return as Happy, whom Iron Man fans will remember as Tony Stark's personal driver.
